At DazzleShine, we do not keep ready-made products in stock. We believe that luxury demands time and a personalized approach. Therefore, the creation process of your light sculpture begins only after you place your order. This guarantees that you receive an item crafted specifically for you, with the highest attention to detail, and one that has not been gathering dust for months on a warehouse shelf.
The time it takes for your order to reach your door consists of two stages: Production Time and Delivery Time.
Stage I: Manufacturing Production (up to 21 days) As each component is processed, bent, and finished by hand in our workshop near Wrocław, we require time to ensure uncompromising quality.
Standard production time: This is a maximum of 21 calendar days.
During this time, wood is selected and shaped, brass is polished, and the entire piece is assembled and subjected to rigorous quality control before packaging.
Should we manage to fulfill your order sooner, we will inform you immediately.
Stage II: Courier Delivery (4-8 days) Once your light sculpture is ready and securely packaged, we entrust it to our trusted logistics partners.
Estimated delivery time: This ranges from 4 to 8 business days, depending on the destination country.
We ship throughout the entire European Union.
Total estimated waiting time: Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks from the moment your order is paid until you first illuminate your home with your new piece.
We understand that you are ordering a delicate and valuable item. The safety of its transport is our priority.
Packaging: Each lamp is packed in dedicated, reinforced cartons with eco-friendly filling that absorbs shocks. We apply the highest packaging standards (you will see this when you open the package).
Insurance: Every shipment is insured for the full value of the order. In the rare event of damage during transit, we take full responsibility for the claims process and replacement of the product with a new one.
The moment the courier picks up the package from our workshop, you will receive an email with the consignment note number (Tracking ID). This allows you to track the journey of your shipment in real-time.
