§ 10. Shipping and Delivery
We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. During checkout, you will be presented with shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times. § 11. Contract Withdrawal (Returns)
Customers who are consumers have the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving a reason within 100 days from the date of receiving the goods.
To exercise the right of return, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by email to ds.dazzleshine@gmail.com).
Returned goods must be undamaged, in the same condition as received, and where possible in the original packaging. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
The Seller will refund the payment immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the Customer’s withdrawal statement.
The right of return does not apply to gift cards and custom-made products, among others. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

§ 12. Complaints (Warranty)
All products offered in the store are covered by the Seller’s statutory liability for physical and legal defects (warranty), in accordance with the Civil Code provisions.
If a product defect is found, the Customer has the right to file a complaint. The complaint should include at least the Customer’s full name, order number, and a detailed description of the defect.
